This notice covers the website as it is today, before we open. It will be extended when orders open.

Who is responsible for your data: Edoardo Costa Sanseverino (one1one), 128 Avenue du Roi Albert, 1120 Bruxelles, Belgique, info@one1one.eu.

“Tell me when you open”

  • What we keep: your email address and the language of the page you signed up from, with the date and time you signed up and confirmed, which show that you agreed.
  • Why: to send you one email when orders open. Nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing, and your address is never shared or sold.
  • Legal basis: your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)). You give it by clicking the confirmation link in the email we send you after you sign up. Without that click, you receive nothing more from us.
  • Who handles it for us: our email service provider, based in the EU, stores the list and sends the email on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.
  • How long: until we have sent the opening email, and no later than 1 March 2027. Then the whole list is deleted.
  • Your rights: unsubscribe with one click in any email from us, or write to info@one1one.eu to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Visiting this site

To deliver its pages, our hosting and content-delivery providers, based in the EU, process your IP address, as every website has to. It is kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, and never used to find out who you are.

Visitor statistics are counted with Umami, which runs on our own servers. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and approximate location (country, region, city, worked out from your IP address at the time). It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and cannot tell who you are: we only see totals.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, and nothing on it profiles or tracks you.

One small item is kept in your browser: the fact that you clicked “Understood” on the cookie notice, so it isn’t shown again. It holds no personal data and never leaves your device. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Payments happen on Stripe’s own payment page (checkout.stripe.com), not on this site; Stripe’s own cookie policy applies there.
