You never start from a blank page. Your site comes with example text for your trade, and a short questionnaire asks you about your business: your services, your hours, what makes you different. Your answers are placed into your pages for you.
Then you adjust the text in your editor, at your own pace. One click and AI translates it into your other languages; you check it. You know your business and your customers best.
Can I see the designs before I buy?
Yes. Every design is in our design gallery, full size, on desktop and phone. Pick one when you order, or decide later. You can switch designs at any time, even after your site is live, and your content stays. You can also change the colours, the light or dark background, the writing style and your photos yourself in your editor.Who owns the domain, and do you set it up?
You own it, and we set it up. A .be, .eu or .com address is included: we register it in your business’s name and with your own email address, set it up, and renew it while your care plan runs. Leave, and we hand it over free. Already have a domain, or want another ending? Keep it where it is; our step-by-step guide shows you how to point it to your site, and if you get stuck, send us a screenshot. We never ask for your passwords.What if I want more pages?
Add as many pages as you like yourself, free, in your editor, with the same building blocks we use.
Want a page designed for you instead? Pick it from our page templates: €100 per page, once. It’s added to your site in your style; you fill in the text, and it’s translated for you. Your monthly price doesn’t change.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any time after your build.
Moving up costs the difference in build price, plus €100:
- Basic → Plus: €250
- Plus → Pro: €250
- Basic → Pro: €400
Moving down costs €100. You get a clear warning first: the feature you leave behind (the blog, or bookings & payments) is removed, with its setup and content.
The €100 isn’t a penalty for changing your mind: it pays for the real work involved, setting up your blog or your booking and payment service when you move up, or removing it cleanly when you move down.
Your care plan can never be lower than your plan.
What are AI words?
One click in your editor translates your changes straight away, and you check the result before saving. Every word counts once for each language it’s translated into:
- A 300-word page on a site in two languages: 300 AI words.
- A 700-word blog post on a site in three languages: 1,400 AI words.
- Changing one 50-word paragraph on a two-language site: 50 AI words.
Your plan includes 5,000 (Basic), 10,000 (Plus) or 20,000 (Pro) words a month. They reset every month; unused words don’t carry over. A counter in your editor always shows what’s left.
Need more? Extra packs of 5,000 words cost €5. They’re used only once your monthly words run out, and they’re kept until you use them.
While you build, you have 10,000 words to use; your plan’s monthly words start once your site is live.
Why would I want a blog?
Each blog post is another page that can answer what your customers search for, on Google and in AI search tools. You write and publish posts yourself in your editor, whenever you like. The blog comes with the Plus and Pro plans.What if I miss a payment?
Life happens: a holiday, a busy month, an invoice lost in your inbox. You get time, and plenty of notice.
- The first weeks — a friendly reminder once a week. Your site carries on as normal.
- After four weeks — your fourth reminder says your site will be paused a week later if the invoice is still open, so you have time to sort it out.
- After five weeks — your site is paused until both invoices are paid (by then, next month’s has arrived too). Visitors see a short “temporarily unavailable” notice. Nothing is deleted, and your site is back as soon as you’ve paid.
Your domain: we can’t renew it while an invoice is open, and a domain that isn’t renewed can be lost. So if it’s due for renewal, we warn you 30 and 7 days before; it’s in your name, so you can always renew it yourself. On a yearly plan, you get a reminder two weeks before it renews.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account in your editor: choose “Close my account”, and that’s all it takes. No notice period, no minimum term, no penalty. Your site stays online until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and nothing more is billed.What does "it's yours" actually mean?
Your domain is registered in your name. And whenever you leave, you receive a complete, working copy of your website: every page, image and file, ready for any web host to serve as-is, with nothing to rebuild and no platform to depend on. No phone line. Support is by email, the same for everyone. You get an automatic note straight away so you know we’ve received your message.Can I suggest an improvement?
Please do. There’s a “Suggest an idea” link in your editor and at the bottom of every email we send. Every suggestion is read, and the good ones become part of the service, for you and for everyone else.Do you host my email?
No, on purpose. Email is a specialist service: keeping your mail delivered, out of spam folders and safe is a full-time job, and dedicated providers do it better than we could. We’re happy to point you to good ones, such as Fastmail, Proton Mail, Tuta or mailbox.org. Already using email on your own domain? Say so in your questionnaire, and we check with you before your site goes live so your email keeps working.Can you move my Wix / Squarespace site?
Yes. Bring your existing text and photos, and your site is rebuilt properly on our platform — a new, well-built site using your own words and pictures, priced as a normal build. We don’t copy your old site automatically; most sites block that kind of automated access these days anyway.
